Where are these episodes being aired earlier than when the rest of us get to see them???

New episodes usually appear around 14:00 UTC (early morning in the USA), e.g. on BitTorrent.
Nowhere I guess, except maybe Canada ("rest of us" is a bit vague). The episode has to be distributed somehow (e.g. to AFN, without commercials and network logo), most likely via satellite. That signal can be intercepted. Although it's presumably scrambled, someone is always able to descramble and then distibute it, and be it one of the legal recipients.
That's how I'd explain it, but just guessing.
