7:19 The One With The Famous Tuxedos

Cast Present - Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox Arquette, Lisa Kudrow, Matt Le Blanc, and MATTHEW PERRY!! We are all in a deep depression that David Schwimmer couldn't attend *cough*. And it's very sad that he can't attend for the next few weeks either. Awwww....
Bits in italics are scenes from the previous episode. Matthew was missing so they shot the Central Perk scene of episode 18 after they finished taping TOW The Famous Tuxedos.
Synopsis/Plot:
Chandler went to Ralph Lauren to find a tuxedo for the wedding with Rachel. After looking at the tuxedos that Monica has pre approved, Chandler spots some tuxedos that have been worn by celebrities. Chandler gets very excited about this. When Rachel explains that these are the tuxes that celebrities wear once at premieres and send back, Chandler says "You mean award shows? Walking down the red carpet with people shouting 'Who are you wearing darling? You look fabulous!'" (in a put on gay voice for effect, so adorable!) Rachel goes through the tuxedos explaining who wore them, and he only knows the actors, not sports stars. Rachel tells him he should watch more ESPN. She then pointed out a tux that belonged to Pierce Brosnan, and he says (very sexily) "James Bond? 007? I could be London's secret weapon. Working for Her Majesty's Secret Service. A jetsetting highflyer with a licence to kill! (in a scared voice) Do you think Monica will let me wear it?"
Phoebe and Joey are playing their own version of Chess when Rachel enters. Rachel asks Joey what he will be wearing to the wedding, and he says multi-coloured robes. Rachel asks to be there when he tells Monica. Rachel goes on about having kissed some girl in college, and Phoebe doesn't believe her. She says Rachel probably got drunk and just pecked her on the cheek.
Monica is sitting at her table in the kitchen and Joey enters. Joey says his parents feel like the only reason they were invited to the wedding is because of him. Monica says "Aww that's too bad..... true, but too bad." Joey wants Monica to call his parents to reassure them they are actually invited. Chandler walks in with his new suit. He says it's James Bond's suit. He goes he can say at the wedding "Do... I Do." Joey interrupts him about calling his parents. Chandler asks what is going on, Monica explains, and Chandler says "sounds like a job for 007." He starts to dial then hands the phone back to Monica and says "Nah, you you you do it." He walks off to his room.
Joey tells Monica some things to say to his parents. He said to blame it on the Post Office, or the Irish. She calls them, says some invitations didn't arrive. She blamed it on the Post Office like Joey said to do, and goes "the US Post Office? More like the US Lost Office!" She goes on to blame the Irish and Joey is happy.
Chandler comes out of their room in his suit. The top is too big and the pants are too small. He puts his leg up on the table and you see the pants are way too short. Joey says to Chandler "Get out of the suit, you look like a fool. Now come over to my place to look at some headdresses." They both walk really funnily towards the door.
Monica is sitting on the couch and Chandler enters. He goes "Ross is Batman!" Monica goes "Well he kept his identity secret for a long time!" She tries to convince him that Bond is cooler than Batman. Mon goes "Bond has all the gadgets", Chan goes "Batman has a utility belt." Mon goes "Bond has a cool car", Chan goes "Batman has the batmobile!" (so cute when he says batmobile!) Mon says "Bond gets all the ladies", Chan goes "Batman has Robin! (thinks for a bit)..... Do we have ESPN?" Monica says to go put on his suit and she'll make him a martini, he goes "Actually, I don't like martini's." Monica asks "then how about a Yoohoo with a funny straw?" Chandler goes "Ooooh, yummy!!" and runs off to put his suit on.
Joey wants Monica to start the 'show' later because his niece is getting christened, and he doesn't want his parents to miss his part. Monica says "it's a wedding, not a show", and that she should just re-cast his part. Joey says he should just ask Chandler if they can start it at '007 hours'. Joey says he is an important part cos he is a 'ministainer', and that he can vamp. He starts 'vamping', then Monica says "please don't vamp", then agrees to give him an extra 10 minutes.
