Friends star Courteney Cox, 35, has thrown her husband of 18 months, actor David Arquette, 29, out of their Hollywood home and wants a divorce. Tension between the couple worsened over his partying and her desire to start a family.

Last night Courteney - who earns a reported �500,0000-an-episode - refused to take calls at her Hollywood home.

Her publicist, Cari Ross, would not comment on the break-up.

A spokesman for Warner Bros said: "This is a private matter between David and Courteney."

I don't know Carina, it's hard to tell. My first instinct is never to believe anything you read in newspapers, but every so often they do get something right. However, ask yourself why this news broke in London, not Los Angeles, and why nobody will comment? My guess is the story is as accurate as the headline implying that DA is the one in "Friends".

That site is owned by London's Evening Standard newspaper. So it's as reliable as that newspaper, which is considered pretty good -- not a tabloid, anyway.
