Okay, this is a stupid question . . .

. . . . but keep in mind that I'm totally new to this show.

One thing has been driving me crazy, while watching the syndication eps and Thursday night shows over the past few weeks. Why do Joey and Chandler's chairs keep changing color? They're black, then they're brown, then they're black! LOL. I think the black were the originals Joey bought, but did something happen to them? Or was this just a prop-blooper?

They were stolen and Chandler bought new chairs because he felt guilty about kissing Kathy,then a lot of episodes after,Rachel broke a chair and Joey the other,then i guess they turn black again
