What in your opinion was the best series of F.R.I.E.N.D.S ever?.

I think when Phoebe and Rachel were figuring out that Chandler and Monica were having sex.

I like the "Ross Doesn't Know Yet" segments with the messers and the messies... and also the "Beach House" episodes with Bonnie the "Bald"... cause the last one where Rachel and Ross argue over the 18 page letter he says "Fine by me!" hahaha

I love TOW No One's Ready that they played last night. I remember when I saw it the first time and it was the frist time I remember REALLY liking a sitcom. It was just completely funny from beginning to end (Joey's going commando/lunges, Phoebe's being political with the Christmas ribbon, Ross's dinosaur watch, and Monica dealings with Richards answering machine had me howling). I really can't think of anything wrong with that episode. It all definitely worked for me. I aslo loved how it all took place in the apartment. It was an interesting approach and good writing to not have to rely external things, it was all about the dialogue.

There actually is an external scene, but NBC cut it. It's the closing scene, and instead they showed promos for Sunday night. It's not shown in syndication either, but it's on the 3rd season DVD.

Really what was this scene? Was it in the first time this episode was aired? I really don't remember it. I remember them ending it with the tag scene of Rachel telling Ross she was going commando too.

It's on one of the transcript pages I downloaded a couple years ago, so I assume it aired originally. The scene where Rachel tells Ross she's going commando too is before the last commercial break. The scene I'm talking about would be during the closing credits. I never saw the original airing (or if I did, I don't remember), so I'm assuming it was on there. There's very few episodes without a closing scene.

Check out episodes such as 422 "TOW the Worst Best Man Ever", where what you say did happen. Even though the tag was included when the episode was aired in Britain, Eric Aasen refused to include it in his transcript.

True, but he was talking about the airing last Thursday, so it is quite true :) I did add that in another post though, but I never saw it originally, or if I did, I didn't remember, but figured the external scene was probably shown originally since I also have that transcript saved on my PC.

ah ok. I remember which scene you are talking about now. That one is shown in syndication, but not on the original airing. There's another closing scene in an episode where they are giving the chick and the duck a bath, and don't realize the chick can't swim. I'm blanking on which episode it is, but I remember seeing it on the DVD set, but don't remember seeing it anywhere else.
