On Thursday in the NY Daily news they reported that Matthew Perry and his girlfriend walked out of Barney's and she was sporting a diamond ring on her engagement finger. They both denied they were engaged. Hmmm.

The actor was snapped leaving Barneys with his girlfriend, makeup artist Andi O'Reilly, by his side and flashing a sizeable solitaire on her engagement finger. But a rep for Perry, who has also dated Julia Roberts and Elizabeth Hurley, insisted that the two are not about to get married.
AFAIK, it's still on. He has been engaged to Melissa McKnight since 1998, which is quite some time, but who knows...I do recall seeing some photos and an article in Us Weekly recently about them going on a camping trip somewhere in CA with her two kids, so they're definitely still an item.
