If it is Monica or Phoebe who is pregnant (though I'm beginning to lean more toward the "even the show's not sure" thread) then it would still be natural for Rachael to have the weepy, sad look w/ the "I know" included. (Note: I didn't actually see this part, but have heard & read it discussed multiple times). Like many of you, I've missed a lot of episodes but I know that she mentioned earlier in the season -at least once- about getting married and having a baby. So even if it was someone else she could be feeling sad and left out and the weepiness would still be warranted.

If it were Phoebe, why would she "find" the test in the trash?

I didn't think Rachel looked that weepy/sad, and it didn't seem to me as if she heard Chandler/Mon's conversation--it seemed more as if the camera cut to her as if to say, "yup."

But Ursula is so indifferent to Phoebe that she barely can keep track of her name. Remember in TOW They All Turn 30, when Phoebe asks her (after learning that U. had--but gave away--P.'s birth certificate), "What's my middle name?" only to have Ursula reply, "Phoebe." I can't imagine that Ursula would take the time to find out who Phoebe's close friends are and where they live to either take a pregnancy test in Mondler's apartment or to impersonate Phoebe (while Phoebe's tied up in Ursula's apartment, pregnant and disoriented?). Yes, Ursula dated Joey very briefly (and spent some time in Joey/Chandler's apartment), but that was over six years ago--with Ursula's indifference, she's probably forgotten about Joey by now. I don't think either Phoebe/Ursula scenario is plausible.
