Did I see this right or are my eyes playing tricks on me?

Tonight the re-run was the first-season episode where Joey dates Ursula, and Chander has to fire that girl but instead asks her out.

Do I see right - is the girl that plays Nina that Chandler has to fire the same girl that shaves her head when they go to the beach house a couple or so seasons later (tow Phoebe finds out who her real mother is)?

Btw, does anyone else think that Phoebe is sooooo cute in the second part when Joey discovers she is pretending to be Usula?

I can't believe someone else used to watch that show. David Lascher, who plays Josh on Sabrina, was on that show too. I hated when he left Hey Dude to be on Blossom. =)
