OMG I missed last night!

I'm really pissed because I had to leave so I set my VCR timer and the power went out for a bit so it didnt record ANYTHING. If someone could please help me out as to how I can obtain last night's episode of Friends as well as last night's episode of The Apprentice I would REALLY appreciate it.
