New DVD out 11/20 vol 3 & 4

Hey, the new dvd of Friends will be available this month. This will be volumes 3 and 4

im not sure why, but at www.blackstar.co.uk u can buy Friends Box Set DVD up to Season 7.

Yup yup... I've already got mine ordered! :)

Question... I've seen some people talk about whole seasons on DVD... all I've seen are these "Best of" DVDs... what's the deal?

Got my S7 box-set today, but as I suspected, it only has the short versions of 13-16. Three double-sides DVD's with 8 episodes on each, as with previous sets.

I guess I'll now *have* to buy that one DVD separately for the extended episodes. :(

Yes, but if I'd bought them here, they'd probably cost at least �102, (say 6*�17), but I got the whole season from DVDzone2 for around �38!

[The only disadvantage being the foreign packaging, but the shows are in English, so I can live with that]

Even getting the UK S7:13-16 DVD as well, will be FAR cheaper overall! :)

In the UK, they apparently get all the episodes from the show on DVD. These DVD's don't play on most US DVD players.

In Europe, all of the 1st 7 seasons are available on DVD, but only in the region 2 format. You'd need a multi-region player.

I think I'm going to double check my DVD player to see if it only plays Region 1... I'd LOVE to have ALL the episodes rather than (or in addition to) those ones that whomever it is decided are the "best" episodes.
