What's the name of the actor who plays him?

I believe the actor's name is Native American, and the english translation of his name is 'man with wind between ears'. Either that, or Eddie Cahill.

(btw, no offense meant to Native American culture)

Anyone else notice that TAG looks like a young Rick Springfield?....for those of you old enough to remember him :) He was sort of the real live Dr. Drake Ramore'.....or in Rick's case....Dr. Noah Drake!

But, although the resemblence is slight, I thought he looked like him more than once since he's been tied up in this sort of nowhere storyline....
