Now, if the writers look back at the Tootsie cutaway as a missed opportunity, and the pageant as a setup for something that goes on a new tangent, I'm fine with them giving it a fuller treatment. Hey, I've thought up a plot for Family Guy! Peter (in Harold Ramis's role), Quagmire (in Bill Murray's role), Joe (in Dan Akroyd's role), and Cleveland (in Ernie Hudson's role; Seth can reuse the line "It was worth the 500-mile drive for this") develop an interest in capturing specimans from the paranormal, and Lois (in Sigourney Weaver's role) is possessed by Zuul.
