ok i cant stand this guys unreliable ftp any longer, it was nice when he had it but its just not reliable, ill put up a ftp tonight or tommorow, the only prob is i only have 2 gigs empty :( let me know what u wana do

Hrmmm... I appreciate the offer, but 2 gigs will at best allow 10 episodes of VCD quality mpegs. If I were to go with the season one/Part of season 2 DVD Rip in SVCD (Thanks - you know who you are!)... well...If I remember my multiplication tables, that'll be 5 episodes at best. What kinda bandwidth do you get (in both directions) ?

how big of a difference is their between vcd and svcd? and do dvd players that play vcd play svcd as well?

SVCD looks a LOT better, or at least it can. I have Lord of the Rings on SVCD and it looks like DVD. I have Eps for FG 304,306, and 307 in SVCD format and they look a lot better. Of course, the file size is about 40% bigger, but you can usually fit 2 on a CD. I'm working on getting others in SVCD format, but finding them is tough. I can share these if we can find an FTP, or I could set one up. I have cable. 150 down/35 up.
