it's 227MB again, but i'm working on converting it to make it smaller. i am going to try quicktime this time, as it seems to have a better quality compression scheme than mpg.

couldnt figure out quicktime, so i just made a lower bitrate mpg. if space and bandwidth arent too big a problem, i recommend the larger one.
