I can't think of any Kevin Smith references offhand, and I'd be sure to pick up on those.
As for Tarantino movies, there may have been a Reservoir Dogs reference but I can't put my finger on it...but then again the walking slow-mo scene has been done so many times I may be getting myt references corssed.
As for Saved By The Bell, I can't say I really care on that one. Sorry! <G>

Pulp Fiction was referenced in "A Fish Out of Water", when Peter goes to kill daggermouth and his friends come with him to help him. Quagmire recalls a time when Peter "saved out butts". The scene flashes back to Joe, Cleveland, and the Q man, who were bent over a bar with the same S&M gear as Bruce Willis and Ving Rhames when the psycho hillbillys were raping Rhames' character.
Peter says, "Yeah, too bad I didn't get there till after the sodomy" or some such.
I don't recall any Reservoir Dogs references, and I'm quite certain there were no Jackie Brown or Kill Bill references. Don't know about NBK.
