That entire scene reminded me of when I worked underground mining in Nevada. Whenever a certin female supervisor entered an area, all these beams of light would just zoom in on her chest. Used to piss her husband off (another supervisor) but she thought it was funny, she was always making jokes about it.

I think it's more like the anti-disco movement only this time it's anti-PC. Many people are sick of sidestepping every issue for the last 10-years or so. Networks have been worrying about insulting any identifiable group. Peter is funny because he doesn't know any better. (Million Man March)

That is why I love family guy! Seth has no shame, he says whatever he wants and its funny. In the episode "The Son Also Draws" at the end when they are doing that disclaimer thing and Peter says "What Canada Sucks" I laughed my ass off, and I'm from Canada. It is not like its personal, he's just making people laugh. I don't know why some people get so offended by the littlest things...
