Has anyone seen this train wreck yet? Supposed to be like South Park in space or something, but the writing is utter horseshit! The jokes are straight out of tired old sitcoms from the 1970s like Gilligan's Island; and the dialogue and stories are mind-bogglingly trite and inane. Some of Carmen Electra's voice acting is so flat it sounds like she read the part from a paper without having the slightest idea what the context of the line was. The only good part is the CGI motion on Six's huge boobs, but that's not enough to carry the show, unless you're a boy no more than twenty minutes into puberty.

I happened into a little of it last night. They had been shrunk to microscopic size and were inside someone's body, like _Fantastic Voyage_, I guess. They wound up in the intestines, with the expected bad "humor".

At one point in life, I ran into the phrase "single entendre", not meant in a good way. That phrase came to mind while I was watching _Rift_.

Didn't this series originally air a year or two ago?

Yeah, I just heard about it a couple weeks ago though. Seems kind of odd that it survived its first season. I watches two episodes to make sure the first one wasn't just an isolated bad episode, and it wasn't. I would rather pour gas on my face and genitals and light them on fire than have to watch this show again.

I got to admit that I like the first year. It was fairly good. However, this year has problems. The new Six voice actor is horrible. The scripts are somewhat predictable. Even the grapics has take a step backwards. It has potential but someone needs to get fired up to take care of it.

I believe Carmen Electra is doing Six's voice now. Sometimes it sounds like she's reading words off a paper without even understanding what they mean, like there's no acting involved. Thanks for the info on season one, I will have to try to catch some reruns. I didn't start watching it until this season.

This show had been off the air for so long I figured it was cancelled and Scifi didn't renew.

The original episode was hilarious. You'll never see it on tv because it was R rated. You may be able find it on the net somewhere. If they had kept it R rated it would be funny. But you lose so much when it has to be tamed down for tv. It's better than the sitcoms on tv, but that's not saying much. I'd rather watch Tripping the Rift than CSI or any of the other drivel that they try to show nowadays.
