Family Guy VCD's

Thanks to Craig's server, I am able to make Family Guy VCD's. I am curious if anyone has a good way of making menus for the vcd that can be navigated like a DVD, to be able to click a link and go to a certain episode, etc. Is anyone else doing something like this? I am using Nero 5.5, is there something I can use that is a better way to make a good menu? -Aaron TheYAM.net

For some reason I can't add 107(Brian Portrait Of A Dog) Or Mind Over Murder(104, I think), without EZCD Creator 5 plat giving me problems

It will add 104 but it says it might not work with the VCD

You can make menus in Nero 5.5. It's there somewhere, you can create a menu, with links to specific movies, and you can choose pictures for the links and for backgrounds which you can make in Photoshop I guess.

Otherwise, I know you can use Adaptec Easy CD Creator 5 to create them, but it's the most unreliable program EVER to burn a disc.

I made a simple background if anyone wants to use it.

That looks good, especially the shadow/rounded outlining of the letters, but I have to warn you that that much red looks like absolute shit on a TV, especially with the contrasting blue. On top of that, it would be hard to read the text in the menu. I'd recommend a darker color than red (even dark maroon would be good).

Lucky you, but the best program to use is Nero. It's more reliable, and it's much more better to use for the more advanced user.

Okay, newbie chimes in...

I get Nero...but now what is the next step?

I know how to save the files from the binaries group, but then what do I do to burn them into a playable disc?

Is there an FAQ for this or...?
