This new Family Guy newsgroup just showed up on my news server... It is a new one, or am I just now getting it? No posts yet, but I'm looking forward to it. Easier than digging through the multimedia & mpeg groups.

too bad its not alt.binaries.multimedia.family-guy or alt.binaries.tv.family-guy but alt.tv.binaries.multimedia.family-guy isnt available on my isp's news server yet. someone should campaign to get a better name, shorter, more common. i'd support that, thought about even doing it myself I was reading faqs in alt.config but its not my thing and I dont got the time anyways
