fox website promotes Stewie for governor

Family Guy may no longer be on Fox, however, Fox has shown so much enthusiasm and support for the show, that on their website, they have started a new page, dedicated to the gubernatorial race and Stewie's involvement. enjoi.

because, between NFL football and MLB baseball, fox doesnt find space to air the good shows, just the crappy ones that no one likes, but which have some big famous person on board, so are automatically "good" in fox's eyes.

The last unconfirmed rumor that I heard was that Fox wanted the show back, but Seth and much of his team was a bit too busy at the moment.

They'd just screw it up again. They can't schedule their way out of a paper bag. As someone else said, they're way too hung up on sports and low budget, UPN-style sitcoms.

If they had left FG alone in its original spot after Simpsons, it would be huge now.

I don't remember FG on Sunday nights. I think thy had it on every other weeknight, though.

I remember that. Before Family Guy, that spot was occupied by Futurama, and before that King of the Hill. I think that after family guy vacated the spot it was overtaken by the PJs.

In my opnion, the 8:30 timeslot is/was used to test new shows, mostly because it was between Simpsons and the X-files.

FOX was playing on our lazyness to change the channel between these two shows.

They should have used it to find a replacement for the aging Simpsons... enter Family Guy... exit gold mine... enter Cartoon Network...

In Canada, FOx and GLobal (for somereason) share shows occasionally, like on sunday nights,htye have the exact same line up. For Me, family Guy was always on on Thursday nights, and I anxiously awaited thursdays for that reason. But Family Guy had to compete with Survivor (which was HUGE at the time, it being in it's first season, so naturally i wanted to see what all the hype was about) and Friends, im not a big Fan of friends, but everyone else is. Eventually FG got replaced, im not sure by what, and so It drifted out of my knoledge for a year, when it was put back on some other channels, and my love was born anew! If FOX is too stupid to get off their ass and do some schedualing and greenlight a 4th season, then I think we should take the liberty of shooting them, and re-programing the channel. Also if FG is no longer on fox, then why do they have a page devoted to it?
