Why do people watch The War At Home?

I know the show has the really hot jailbait daughter(Kaylee DeFer) but it's unfunny, unrealistic and the situations are totally forced. After awhile you realize there are other shows with hot jailbait daughters that are actually decent. Most of all, the show has racist undertones and Michael Rapaport is annoying. In conclusion, please stop giving this show a ratings point.

Yeah, but who the fuck was watching "Malcolm in the Middle" for seven freaking years? I think people leave FOX on waiting for the Simpsons or after football or whatever for these things to happen.

People tell me Malcolm was really good for 4 and a half years but then jumped the shark. It lasted another 3 years due to the diehard Malcolm-ites I guess. I've never seen one episode and I am thankful for that. I just wanna kick Frankie Muniz in the balls for being so annoyingly unlikeable.

It started off strong, and was alright for a couple of seasons. Then they decided to give them another kid, and became unwatchable.

I watch the war at home and find it dman funny. Now I guess it really all depends on how you grew up and in what situations that you find this funny. But also this is funny cause this is the type of stuff parents today are dealing with and it is funny to see it actually happen on tv (real or fake).

I fail to see how it's any more racist than any show with DL Hughley or Cedric the Entertainer.

If it is against blacks, then it is bad, if it is racist against whites, then it must be comedy! But I have never seen any racism on the war at home. I've seen more racism on The Smurfs than that show.

the reason people watch it is simply that fox put it right between the simpsons and family guy. fox isnt stupid. they know that putting their crappy shows in between their popular shows will inflate ratings for the crappy shows. i mean who wants to surf channels for 30 minutes? its the perfect scam.

I think FOX listened: it's moving from its posh spot between The Simpsons and Family Guy to the 9:30 post-FG spot - swapping places with American Dad.

honestly i would say that Malcolm in the middle has been pretty funny the whole time and i still have enjoyed episodes ths season. War At Home is not as good as Malcolm but it has a sort of Married with Children feel to it and it has some laughs.
