OTOH, he got a stiffy when he saw the cheerleaders changing in the locker room, so....
OTOH, he has recurring fantasies about men, and sailor suits...
OTOH, he had that scene with his "sexy parties," with attractive women in lingerie.
So.... results are inconclusive. Josh

Enjoying anal stimulation doesn't automatically mean one is gay. Not unless you prefer it be from a penis.
Seems to me he is bisexual.
Considering he's only 1 or 2, I'd say he really doesn't know what his sexual orientation is yet.
Oh, come on, Craig! He may only be 1 year old, but the kid is as much an adult as Peter or Brian (ok, perhaps moreso than Peter). He may be naive in some ways, but he's definitely got the makings of an adult. Josh

Yes, but he also becomes mesmerized with Teletubbies, pacifiers, and other things only a child would find amusing. Who knows, I guess.

But consider this, Brian may be well-spoken and intelligent, but he's still a dog, and still does the same things a dog will do. Same goes for Stewie. He's still a baby afterall.
Yeah but, Brian went to college..... my dog didn't.

Your dog is real probably, and isn't in a cartoon (as far as we know anyway)

That would be nice though. Then you could beat it up.

Yes, it is a poor waste.
An interesting point. However, note that Stewie is very advanced in many ways -- vocabulary being the most obvious, of course. Anyway, it's a cartoon, so if a 1-2 year-old can talk and do all the things Stewie does, I think it's fair to say that he can have a sexual identity as well.
As an addendum to my previous post, the ultra-PC will tell you that even if (as a male) you do enjoy a penis up your butt, that doesn't inherently make you gay, either. I assume that is so those who "dabble" (har har) infrequently can call themselves straight.
btw, I am straight. Just picked up a lot of this knowledge going to UW-Madison in the late 80s and early 90s during the height of political correctness and force-fed diversity indoctrination from official (university itself) and non-official sources (left-wing peers).

When Stewie is looking through Meg's purse for the $26 he finds a picture of her in a bathing suit. His response: "I pray that this isn't my first memory."
This would suggest that although he can talk and scheme, he is also not completely developed. I think the idea behind Stewie is that this is what all kids might be like. We don't understand/pay attention to them, but that they have a secret intelligence. When the kids grow up, they forget about it and we never noticed. That's what all that baby-talk is. So keep your eye on those strollers... Of course, the other babies that Stewie encounters don't seem very talkative or intelligent...
Or maybe Family Guy is a cartoon. Your mileage may vary.
What's if it's a strap-on and a chick is doing you? Are you gay or just fucking weird. (haha, pun, get it?)
It's nice to be able to think freely.

Heh...you're not kidding...remember in Chitty Chitty Death Bang?
Stewie: [to a line of infants] I offer you the opportunity to join me in glorious battle! I know there are some amongst you whose motor skills are not yet developed. Sadly, you will be used as decoys. But your children's children will know that you fell for a noble cause. Now, who's with me?!
Infant: Ducky?
Stewie: Argh! Useless! Everyone of you! Fine. I'll defend myself and the Hell with all of you! [shudders] Tsk. There. I've gone and soiled myself. Are you happy now?!
[snip]
A strap-on isn't relevant unless a guy is wearing it somehow. It simply would fall under the "males who enjoy anal stimulation" category, which isn't exclusive to homosexuals. I guess if a girl is wearing it but she's dressed as a male...
