Assuming this hasn't been posted yet, I emailed Fox and this is what they said. So it's confirmed!!!

"GREAT NEWS!! We have ordered a whole new season of ALL-NEW episodes of FAMILY GUY for this coming Season!! The show returns for a summer run beginning WED 7/11/01 9:30-10pm ET/PT - it then moves into its Fall timeslot (THURSDAYS 8pm ET/PT) later this Fall!!

Yay!!! No waiting until August like I had thought :D

I believe "The Tick" live action will be at 8:30pm following Family Guy (when it goes to Thursday). Too bad that time slot goes up against Surviror (talk about a ratings problem)
