The Boondocks satires the whole plight of the negro. It shows the ridiculous behavior, speech, customs, and thoughts of the majority of the African in America culture. It is funny, that is, until you truly examine the episode and realize how sad and pathetic our people have become.
The worse thing about being a "black girl found" is watching your people, who used to be Kings and Queens, become bitches and niggers and they're cool with that.
But Family Guy is genius and creative. :)

There are very few kings and queens. Most people are decended from average working grunts like us. But yeah, there does seem to be a general lack of self-esteem and very low expectations and ambitions in the African-American community in America.
I dislike the term African-American because it implies that the individual is from Africa. I dislike the term "Black" because it is usually negative ('He has a black heart', 'it was a black day', 'I'm in a black mood' are some examples.) The term "African-descended" isn't right either because since humans are thought to have evolved in Africa, all races are African-descended. What's the answer?
