Allright, from the episode E. Peterbus Unum, Peter accidently cuts the power line in the backyard while digging a pool, and a guy comes out to fix it, and this scene, which I find extremely hillarious, occurs:

Guy: Well, I fixed the power lines, but the town zoning laws prohibit building a pool back there.
Peter: What are you talking about, it's my yard!
G: I'm sorry, but your house is too close to the curb.
P: Oh yeah? Well, um, your eyes are too close to your nose!
<we see him from the front, and they ARE> Well that may be. But you know what? I only have to wear one goggle when I go swimming in MY pool! <starts to walk away>
P: Hey, wait wait wait, come back here!
G: What?
P: I have to draw you.
<guy turns torward Peter and smiles>
[Scene changes]
[Guy is lying naked on bed. Peter is sitting there also, with a sketch pad]
P: You're why cave men painted on walls.

The reason I find it so hillarious is because of the absurdity, and randomness, of it. But is this a reference to a movie, or something? And if so, which one?
