OK, I could SWEAR that's Alan Alda doing the voice of Victor. Someone from the show needs to help us out here!! I know he isnt listed in the credits but thats too good to be an impression!!

That's who I thought it was. There seems to be some debate on it on imdb.com
There were parts where it sounded like him, but other parts where it didn't. I thought it was Alda at first, but I think it was actually another actor who just sounded like him. If it was, it's an uncredited appearance.
Which wouldn't be a first for Family Guy. (Remember the original Meg?) Hmmm, I wish there was a more solid source than imdb.com (which is only slightly more reliable than Wikipedia).
