Hi this is OT but since some users here have a background with the subject I thought I would ask. I am using smartripper and dvdx1.8 to create divx encoded avi files. I am new to this so I might not know everything. I followed a tutorial that came with DVD Copy Plus and so far I have been successful with ripping the movies and encoding them. However as the video plays fine in the audio I can hear ticks almost every 5-10 seconds. I read that dvdx1.6 had this issue and the future releases had fixed it, but seems to be happening for me. Anyway I was wondering if any dvdx users here had similar issues and if they did not, what version were you using? Also if you were using version 1.8 and did not have the same problem I have would you mind taking a screenshot of your input settings and output settings so I can try to reduplicate the same setup.
