I've known this for a long time, but I'm not sure if everybody else did. In the audience of the King is Dead, pretty much everyone is from a previous episode, or one that took place later!!! This was awesome, and Seth MacFarlane is incredible.

I agree whole-heartedly with Greg on this fact. Seems like every cartoon has this sort of shortcut to using characters from previous episodes or other scenes and reuse them for anything else.
On an off-topic note, this was also explained in Kevin Smith's Clerks: Uncensored DVD (which was why Natille from Facts of Life also appears in episode six, funny the mentioned that one).
