Isnt Family Guy popular in US?

If you dont have a DVD and its getting cancelled/postponed or whatever, does this mean the american public don't "get" family guy?

Pretty much, unless another channel picks it up for syndication (which is just repeats). Maybe we'll get lucky and another channel will buy new episodes. Comedy Central would be a good choice, it could go right with South Park.

I'd be sad to see it dissapear, shame its not as in your face as simpsons and not as crude as southpark, but the jokes are funnier, i just like how fast it moves, especially peter's flashbacks.

That's why I suggested Com Central. With South Park, I'd figure they could afford what Fox paid. Or even MTV, I suppose. Most other cable channels have any shows with that high of ratings.

Yes, but they are a comedy network so Family Guy would fit in with their other shows.

They should drop crappy shows like The Man Show and Absolutely Fabulous (which is absolutely terrible) and replace them with The Family Guy.

FG seems to be a higher quality of animaion than SP, so it could be difficult sell to get CC to pony up. The voice talent also consists of actors, who may expect wages they got under Fox, rather than a cable channel.

The US just doesn't KNOW about it, since Fox moved the time slot a million times, cancelled it, renewed it, then put it on against America's two biggest shows without advertising. The ratings sucked, but were CONSISTANT..the people who knew the show was on watched it every week...most people did not know the show was on anymore.
