Who's capturing the Eps?

Just curious how you do it. Do you tape and then use a capture card with video inputs? Is anyone using something like the ATI All in Wonder with a tuner to capture directly to hard disk?

What formats? What utilities? Is there a FAQ for capturing and saving in commonly used formats?

I am pretty sure these people are using an ATI cideo/tv card to record them directly from the computer... i had one but it didnt work for me very well
