That's the episode where the family inherits Lois' grandmother's (I think) house when she dies and Peter sells their house in Quahog so they can afford to keep the house staff. The staff are the ones who sing the song and I seem to remember Peter having a few lines like "This house is freakin' sweet.", can't remember if the other family members had any lines.
