I'm sure it was cut - after stewie goes thorugh x-ray. Anyone confirm this?

If you mean the bit where Bin Laden goes through singing show-tunes i'm sure it will be cut (don't know myself yet as the DVD hasn't arrived)

Confirmed. Colour me dissappointed and outraged at the 'uncut!' message on the front. Time to download the high quality MPEG and stick the CD in with the DVDs.

Scratch that, there's no indication anywhere on the season 2 box that this set is 'uncut' - something they mentioned on the season 1 box. Guess I can't fault their asdvertising, but I can still be pissed off with them.

Is it just my DVD player or is it a common fox problem - whenever I put the dvd in I'm subjected to both the FOX logo and copyright thing - cant skip direct to menu, cant even skip direct into an episode (like with futurama dvd's).

And like the Simpsons DVDs where you have to click through those annoying head swap sections. Nope, can't skip the intro on the FG discs.... gotta sit through that every time. This is one aspect where videos still rule...

On many DVDs, you can't skip over the copyrights and stuff (which I agree is WAY too long on Fox discs) but after that you can usually zip right to the menu by pressing the Menu button. I know it works for the Simpsons S2, and thank God because that head thing was totally retarded after chuckling at it the first time.

It's not a problem with your player. Some dvd's just make you go through their intros. I thought the whole point of a dvd was to have total control of the film-watching experience..
