I came in late on when this thread originally started, so forgive me if I'm backtracking a bit... :)
Anyway, I have SOO many favorite moments from the show I could never pick a fav, so, in addition to several already mentioned, here a couple, I really liked...
(paraphrasing cause it's been a bit since I've seen the ep...)
The tv is out all over town and Tom, the newscaster, is going, "Course, since no one is watching, it doesn't matter what I say. I'm the Lord Jesus Christ!" and the female reporter goes, "Well, Tom, while we're at it, I really don't like black people." (voice off-camera) "Uh, actually guys, we're still on in New York and South Hampshire..."

Lois, who's in the supermarket, "Chris, take the grocery basket and meet me by the ten inches or less line." (Pause) "ITEMS!! Ten ITEMS or less!"
Plus the infamous "penis" joke, where Peter recalls various hobbies his tried... First he's in the a scuplting class and there's a nude male model and he says to the instructer, "Uh... am I supposed to sculpt his penis?" Then a drawing class, same situation. "Uh... am I supposed to draw his penis?" Then he's about ready to conduct an orchestra. "Uh, am I supposed to conduct with my penis?"
Plus who can forget all the cool lines Brian has gotten over various eps.
"Well Peter, it's ten o'clock, if you're gonna pull a party out of your ass, you'd better stand up."
shoot.. .can't think of anymore off-hand... ahh, they'll come to me...
