Reference in Wasted Talent episode

In the episode "Wasted Talent", after Peter finds the silver scroll he is told to run home. During his run he stumbles and winces in pain for far too long. I have a feeling this must be a reference to something but don't know what it is. Does anyone know?

like the whole episode it's a parody of Willy Wonka but with Seth's little twists on it (IE falling and hurting his knee, farting in the fizzy lifting drinks room)

could also be a knock to Nancy Kerrigan (sp)

My favorite FG moment is when he's in Australia, poking a sleeping crocodile with a stick for a long time. The croc finally wakes up an looks at him, and just when you expect it to attack him, a flying koala bear comes out of nowhere and attacks his face!

Another example of an FG moment: I'm not sure of the episode, but Nazi's come storming into a house and it pans to the upstairs attic where Ann Frank and family cower in fear and silence hoping not to get caught. Peter is with them holding a bag of potato chips trying to eat a one as quietly as possible. His eyes dart around nervously. Long pause. Then he reaches in the bag to crunch on another one.
