Where to Find "The Show of Larry" and "Larry and Steve" ?

i downloaded them from some site in Real format but I'd love to get them in windows media format or mpeg so i can put it on a vcd I hope Seth puts these on FG Vol 2 UNCUT & UNTOUCHED BY FOX

I've saved these off the page at one point and they're somewhere on a CD in my collection. Unfortunatly my CD burner isn't working right now and I might have to get a new one soon.

Thanks for the URL. Larry is awesome. It was like watching the beginning of the Universe. The FG Universe that is.

It was hilarious seeing some of the bits, and then seeing the "New" bit on the DVD's.

It was like that too, though at a much slower pace somewhat. I personally enjoy just seeing the original student film as I thought MacFarlane was doing a decent job on the presentation. Not that I've seen too many shorts where the animator goes on camera with his Asian servent and inspects to sell his latest project to the audience out there that may or may not accept this type of cartoon at all.

There's a few familiar gags that were used in Family Guy, but I kinda felt that "Life of Lary" did a better job on using them (assuming Larry is a lot older than what Peter is in FG). My fav was the "England Drive-By Arguments" bit, which is very simular to the way they would do the gag on Family Guy, but it's a bit slower paced (this was a student film after all). Then there's the church bit with the sign that says "Jesus loves you, but everyone thinks you're an asshole!" I don't think FOX ever let them use "asshole" at all on the series.

Perhaps not "Larry & Steve", but it's still great in the joke dept. It was originally seen back around '96 on Cartoon Network as a "What A Cartoon" short it would air sometime during it's programming. This was when MacFarlane was working for Hanna-Barbera (during the studio's final years before Time Warner took over the namesake and move the crew to some Sherman Oaks unit), I think he also was a writer on the first season of Johnny Bravo.
