Is episode When You Wish Upon a Weinstein out there?

I was curious if When You Wish Upon a Weinstein was on the scene anywhere. I know it was banned by Fox but this kind of stuff usually finds a way to leak out. If anyone knows anything about it I know myself and others would apperciate it.
