Well, it is an American show. I'm sure if England produced a cartoon which is on the same level as Family Guy, they'd take the piss out of all those fat Americans :)

But let's face it, England wouldn't make something like that. And if they did, then the BBFC would have a field day.

Not exactly - the BBFC are the censors that decide what bits need to be cut out of programs and what rating to give shows.

Anyway, personally I thought that joke in FG was great, just for sheer shock value - me and some mates were sitting round watching it and couldn't stop laughing (perhaps in disbelief ;-) ) when Death said that line. And yes, we're British :-)
