Kevin Smith Vs. Seth McFarlane

I just saw an old episode of "Clerks: The Animated Series" and jay picks up copy of "how to draw cartoons--by Seth McFarlane."

Anyone know of any animosity between Seth and Kevin?

Seth has never met Kevin. Smith 'n Co. just have bitter grapes that their show stopped at 6 episodes of mediocrity. Kevin's a big talker about everyone else doing stuff wrong.....he should look at his own stuff one day.

He's not worthy of being in the same room as Kevin Smith. I'm not deifying Smith, I just think Seth MacFarlane sucks *that much*. Come to think of it, he isn't even worthy of being in the same room as Pauly Shore.

They must have been psychic, because the MacFarlane slam was in the episode before the show was canceled.

Guess you were a bad boy this year, as Santa didn't bring you either a life, a sense of humor, or even basic common sense. I did think you might have finally admitted you had a problem and gone and got the therapy, given your absence of several months, but it looks like you've been lurking in here just about every day, living life to the full as usual. Aside from what SZJ already said, I don't know anything else, aside from the fact that if you watch those Clerks episodes with the commentary on (it's a great DVD... I've seen it as low as $20 recently), you'll hear him go a bit more into it. If memory serves, Brian O'Halloran (voice of Dante) tries to talk like Stewie, suggesting it would have helped them get more than 6 episodes made.

And I'm sure Closedown8 will be typing up a response as to why Family Guy sucks any minute now.
