Well, that's it, I've given up.

No offense to anyone else, but in my opinion the show's not funny anymore. So, I'm not going to watch it.

This past Sundays episode ( Hurricane one ), was boring as heck, and wasn't funny either. We get Peter humming the theme to "Indiana Jones" for like 5 minutes straight. We get a boring 10 minute scene of Meg bitching at Lois. Brian ( whose high on drugs ) cuts off his own ear with a pair of scissors, and then goes into his dream world where a bald-headed, and naked Peter is being burned alive over a fire as his skin melts off his body, Lois is naked with snakes coming out of her empty eye sockets, Stewie is some kind of bug that gets stepped on and his guts go everywhere, Brian becomes a giant wart/cyst who explodes and turns into like 20 minature Brians that then get eaten by a giant vulture. The episode should have been rated "MA" or even "AO".

The episode would have probably been better if we just got 30 minutes of "Mr. Conway Twitty" instead of this garbage!!

2. This was not only excellent character development but also (hopefully) shows a way forward for Meg.

• You are too easily bored.

"Brian's Nightmare" is one of the finest things that MacFarlane has ever done.

By the way, did anyone else think that the Quagmire-monster looks rather like Dan O'Neill's "Bat-winged Hamburger Snatcher"?
