When is this coming out? Volume 3 had a slip that said the set was going to be out Spring-2006. Well, spring is here and no news about this. anyone heard any rumours?

No news, but Fox might want to get American Dad out on April 24th before focusing on Family Guy Vol 4. Check out tvshowsondvd.com for all the latest news on your favorite shows.

No news there; their last update regarding Vol.4 was in regards to the bit from the original poster.
With all these delays Fox is putting Family Guy (and other shows) thru so far in '06, I'm certain we're not getting Vol.4 before this season ends. I expect maybe a Summer release, but the chances of a Spring release are probably down to nothing right now...
But of course, I welcome Fox to PROVE ME WRONG. ;p

It's coming out in the UK in a week or two's time, even though as far as I know the season hasn't been shown over here on TV yet (at least, certainly not on any non-satellite channel).
