What the Deuce ?!

What's going on with the show's status? I know May 13-16 is when the networks announce fall schedules. Is this what everyone is waiting for to see where the show stands? What happened to UPN trying to pick up the show? Will it help to continue to send letters to UPN? If there's anyone out there 'in the know' I'd really appreciate a status update (seems like months since we've had one). Also, any knowledgeable suggestions on how we fans can make a difference to try and save the show would also be helpful. We must not let the show die quietly !! Thanks in advance.
