For me it's a toss-up between when Peter and Michael Moore fart Dueling Banjoes in adjoining bathroom stalls, and the Muddy Waters passing a kidney stone.
Honorable mention, "I haven't felt this bad since God told Abraham to kill Isaac," and they cut to the Love Boat, and there's the bartender and then Lincoln comes in and shoots him. I honorably mention that one, because that's the thing that hooked me into Family Guy in the first place. :)

I'm not sure whether or not this was a cutaway clip or not, but one of the all-time funniest "Family Guy" moments was when Peter Griffin meets Barney Rubble, who is using a pelican for a toilet. After Barney leaves the restroom, the pelican says, "And you think _you_ have a crap job."

No no no.... the best is stewie saying "And I should know about bad decisions..." CUT-AWAY.. "I'm tellin you Juice... she's screwin' around on you!!". I think that's the one that got me.
