nope, again it's seth MacFarlane.
The voices of Peter, Brian (the dog) and Stewie are all done by the series creator, Seth MacFarlane.

I've always been impressed by how entirely unlike each other those three characters sounded, and was absolutely blown away by the scene in "Lethal Weapons" where Brian and Stewie assume each other's characters for a little healthy "acting out." Instead of merely dropping into the other voice, (to my ear, at any rate) Seth actually managed to pull off both characters still sounding like themselves doing a very passable imitation of the other. Incredible!

Really? I find Brian's voice a good deal lower than Peter's, and a lot less nasal. What tips me off though is Brian's high-pitched drunk laugh is almost identical to Stewie's high-pitched hysterical laugh.
