Longest running gag scene?

I guess it depends on what you mean by "longest running gag scene". If you mean the actual scene, I would have voted for #4. But, I haven't watched these scenes with a stopwatch. If you really mean the "longest running gag", Chicken Fight wins hands down. I expect it'll continue, along with Angry Monkey and Greased Up Deaf Guy.

Newest for the longest could be the Osama/Police Squad bit...depends on whether you consider Stewie's big-wheel journey part of the scene or a different one.

This may not count but I loved it. When Peter hits his shin in an episode, and just held it there breathing in deep, and then going "ahhhhhhhhhhhh" over and over for like 20 seconds... I think we can all relate.

I think that only happened twice in one episode, and a very truncated version in the A-Team episode, just enough for fans to get the joke without wasting 30 seconds on it again....

The second is just as the Chumba Wumbas are about to do an "Oompa Loompa" style musical number while ejecting Peter from the brewery, but instead cut the song short and one kicks Peter in the knee.
