How about TNN

I read in TV Guide this week that TNN has bought the rights to all of the old Ren and Stimpy episodes and they are going air an episode that Nick refused to air.

They are also in talks with the creators to make new episodes for them.

Could TNN be the answer to saving our Family Guy?
