Episode ID

When was tonight's second rerun of Family Guy originally aired on FOX and what is it's title? I thought I had seen every episode of FG but this one didn't seem so familiar especially the MC Hammer song that Peter did. I even remember this being not at all familiar when someone posted a transcript to this song a few weeks ago in this newsgroup. It was a really great episode but are there really any episodes that aren't? *rhetorical question...don't answer* ;-)

Are you sure? thefamilyguy.com lists this episode as, "It's tax refund season, and everyone's cashing in except Peter!". That's the same episode where Peter is the president of his own country? (I guess I missed all of it the 1st time it aired and also parts of it last night too but that's all I remember).

The sequence thing is, I *did* see it, but I didn't remember it at all until they came to sequence in the kitchen after the lights have been cut and everyone's wearing the miner's helmets. It was brilliant animation, not something you'd forget seeing; but the entire rest of the episode was a complete blank. I didn't remember one moment, one joke, one anything except for the kitchen scene. Weird.
