We all know about the "Road To Rhoad Island" Osama edit....what other edits are there pn both Volumes of the DVD's.

well, im not sure of the different cuts, i know on the new DVD you can see deleted scenes, and an unaired episode, but i dont know any of the other cuts so far, sorry

90% of the reference database was submitted by people LIKE YOU. I'd love to independantly verify each and every one of the 1200+ references, but sadly I don't have the time.

I DO however, attempt to verify any reference that is brought into question. If you don't write in at bitch about it, I'll never check it. As a matter of fact, I did check into the BFG reference recently, and amended the reference (of course, no one mentions it when I fix stuff ...)

BTW, the references are often subjective. If I have to choose between a reference "made famous" by something in the approx. timeframe that Seth seems to drawn information on (70s-70s) and an original reference, I'll go with Seth's timeframe. I'll also try to document the original source too. For example, the "Pull my finger" gag. Let's be honest - Beavis & Butthead made that famous, but it was pointed out by another visitor that the phrase is nothing new and came a long before B&B.

Until I get a FG writer on the staff of FGF, we're going to run into subjective reference definitions.

However, anytime one of you people bitching about the references wants to start a site, handle 200+ emails a day, look up a thousand references - you let me know, and I'll be sure to plug you here and on the site.

Until then, why not help me FIX this stuff, instead of smacking me around?

As for my "plugging" the site, I'm trying to help people out. At least I actually give links to the reference in question instead of brutally pushing the site. Teach a man to fish ...
