So Seth Mac has gone from cracking wise about TV shows from the 1970's and 1980's (...like "Three's Company", "One Day at A Time", etc.) to re-enacting movies from the 1980's nearly verbatim (...like "Back to The Future", Airplane and "Home Alone").
...like he doesn't care that much anymore. Shark-jumping anyone?

I noticed this too on that Back to the Future sequence this week and my biggest problem with it was "where was the joke?" It was basically the same skateboard scene with Peter being substituted for Marty and that's it. They didn't even bother to put a punch line.

Contrariwise, the re-enactment of the family fight scene from the TV series "SOAP" stood alone as a joke, because it was a dim enough memory that it could spark a laugh when the Griffin family started fighting amongst themselves there on the couch.
Not a big laugh, but still a smile when one observes the fight and says hey, I recognize that, what's that from, oh yeah, "SOAP", heh, "SOAP", I haven't thought about "SOAP" in years.
