Voice actor question

I was just watching "E Peterbus Unum". In the UN scene, there's this chairman or whatever he is (the one who says "do you also want a satelite that can scratch your arse with a laserbeam from space" :) That guy pretty much sounded like Phil LaMarr, who also does Hermes on Futurama. Anybody know for sure?

Unfortunately, the source I check the most (voicechasers.org) hasn't gotten around to updating the FG section. Also the voices.fuzzy.com site sucks anyway, but it doesn't have it credited.

I have an idea what the guy sounded like in that episode, and it does remind me of someone on Futurama, so you're probably right, though I'll be the first to say, I haven't seen a ton of Futurama.

Phil LaMarr frickin' rules, ever since the MadTV days, and the loss of his head in Pulp Fiction. It's very possible that it was him, as I've seen him in the Guest Stars list many times.

While on the subject does ANYBODY have any clips of the UBS Guy skits from MadTV? It's been way too long for me.....
