Good morning USA! I got a feeling it's gonna be a hi-def day!

I was pondering last night (as I do every Sunday) why Family Guy and American Dad are still SD while The Cleveland Show (I'm really trying to like it, but even I have my limits*) gets the HD wide screen treatment. The next thing I know, there is American Dad in HD! I hope Family Guy will soon follow.

* TCS has its funny moments, but they are far and few between compared to the "I can't believe they just did that" moments. And not the kind of pushing the envelope stuff that Family Guy does, but more like ones that leave me wondering, "Why? Why?"

Then again, Sunday's AD was the first episode of the fifth production season; meanwhile, FG is in the middle of a production season, so they may not switch until sometime next year.
